The Compressor Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial air compressors and associated systems to ensure continuous and reliable plant operations. The role includes monitoring pressure, temperature, lubrication, vibration, and other operating parameters while conducting routine equipment inspections. The operator will identify abnormal conditions, assist with preventive and breakdown maintenance, maintain operational logs, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams when required. Safe startup, operation, and shutdown of compressors must be carried out according to established procedures. Candidates with experience in industrial plants, power plants, mechanical equipment, or compressor operations will be preferred for this position.
