We are looking for a smart and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution and coordination from our Head Office.

Key Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in project coordination / EPC / engineering companies
  • Strong skills in planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Good understanding of boiler, piping, or industrial work (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and documentation systems
  • Strong communication & follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between site teams and management
  • Track project progress, billing, and resource deployment
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project updates
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and documentation
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic power generation environment while contributing to operational excellence, safety, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Execute ash handling and ESP field operations effectively.
  • Identify operational issues and perform troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist in plant shutdown, startup, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve plant performance.
  • Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.

 

Required Qualifications

  • ITI Certification in Electrical, Fitter, or a related technical trade.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ESP Operation and Maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of ESP systems, ash handling systems, and boiler auxiliaries.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle operational challenges efficiently.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Thermal Power Plants.
  • Experience with 135 MW CFBC Boiler projects.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and operational excellence.
