Munn Engineers & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dedicated ESP Field Operator to support the operation and maintenance of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) systems in a thermal power plant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient ESP performance, maintaining equipment reliability, supporting ash handling operations, and adhering to all safety and operational standards.

ESP Operations
Operate and monitor Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) systems.
Ensure efficient collection of fly ash and proper ESP performance.
Monitor ESP field parameters and operational indicators.
Conduct routine operational checks and inspections.
Maintain optimal equipment efficiency and availability.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Identify operational abnormalities and equipment failures.
Assist in troubleshooting ESP-related issues and breakdowns.
Support maintenance teams during planned and emergency maintenance activities.
Ensure timely reporting of equipment defects and operational concerns.
Ash Handling Operations
Monitor ash handling systems and associated equipment.
Ensure proper disposal and transfer of collected ash.
Coordinate with operation and maintenance teams for smooth ash handling processes.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned area.
Shutdown & Startup Support
Participate in plant startup and shutdown activities.
Assist during Annual Overhauls (AOH) and maintenance shutdowns.
Support commissioning and testing activities when required.
Follow standard operating procedures during critical operations.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all plant safety regulations, SOPs, and permit systems.
Ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards.
Use PPE and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
Report unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain operational logs and shift reports.
Record equipment parameters and performance data.
Prepare inspection reports and maintenance observations.
Communicate operational updates to supervisors and control room personnel.
Required Qualifications
ITI in Electrical, Fitter, Mechanical, or related technical trade.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ESP Operation and Maintenance.
Strong understanding of ESP systems and field operations.
Knowledge of ash handling systems and boiler auxiliaries.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and maintenance practices.
Ability to work in rotating shifts and industrial site environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Thermal Power Plants.
Experience with 135 MW CFBC Boiler projects.
Knowledge of environmental compliance systems.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
